

Joan Klos was born to George and Louise Fields on 9/5/36. She graduated from the College of Mt St Vincent in 1957. Joan married the love of her life in 1957. She lived a very blessed life before being called to Our lord on 4/20/25 at the age of 88.
Joan and Tom lived in various communities throughout the US including Somerset NJ, Plano TX and finally Anaheim Hills CA. Joan was an educator who taught 1st grade and was very loved by her students. Over the years she was involved in many church committees and loved to volunteer at the library. She was also involved with various social groups throughout the years. Joan especially enjoyed to travel and being with her grandchildren.
Joan deeply loved her husband Deacon Tom throughout their 43 years of marriage. He was her partner and love of her life. Tom was called to Our Lord in 1999. She is also preceded in death by her brother George Fields and his wife Nancy Fields.
Joan has 5 children; Katherine, Margaret (Ashworth), Patricia (Flanders), Thomas Jr. and Georgina (Pagel). She has 6 grandchildren; Katie and Trisha Clancy, Zachery & William Klos, Addison and Reese Stotler. She has one grandchild that preceded her in death, Angel Klos. She has a niece Kimberly (Fields-Reynolds) and a nephew George Fields.
A prayer service will be held at McAulay and Wallace Mortuary, Fullerton, CA on May 15th, 2025 from 5-7pm.
The funeral service will be held at San Antonio de Padua del Canon Church, Anaheim Hills, CA on May 16th, 2025 from 10-11am with a graveside service at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, Orange, CA immediately following mass.
There will be a reception with lunch back at San Antonio Church after the burial ceremony. The family would love everyone to join to celebrate Joan.
