Lucille Metten, 2-1-25-9-17-11 , Husand of 63 yrs-Charles Son-Chuck A. (Christine-Wife) Son-Michael J. (Gloria-Wife) Grandsons Brandon Metten, Kevin Metten,Granddaughter Brianna Metten She met Charlie on May 9, 1946 one day after his discharge from U.S. Navy. They married 12-27-47 and were snowed in on their honeymoon in New York. 5he helped support the marriage by working via bank while he attended college on the G.I. Bill. She quit work before the first son Chuck was born, and became a full time mother and homemaker, a role that fitted her perfectly. The family moved to Fullerton, CA in 1969 where she has resided in the same location since. She touched many lives in a low key manner and was much loved by many people. She loved to feed people with her excellent cooking, son donations could be made to Caring Hands Kitchen at First Lutheran Church Fullerton, a project she had worked in for 15 years. A memorial well be on Saturday 10-15-2011 at the First Lutheran Church Fullerton at 11 AM.
