A sweet, caring, precious, beloved “matriarch” was awarded her wings on Friday the 23rd of August 2024. Lynda was a lifelong resident of Orange County, a true California girl. She was devoted to her family, enjoyed volunteering where she served as a valuable contributing member of the female masonic organizations for over 55 years and had a long history of community involvement.
Lynda is survived by her children- Lynette (Jeff) Loveland, Eugene (Cheryl) Sizemore, Betsy (David) Yount – 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Lynda was predeceased by her husband William Sizemore, parents James and Sylvia McCloud, and siblings Jimmy and Edna.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday evening from 5 PM to 8 PM at McAulay & Wallace Mortuary, Fullerton. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made in Lynda’s honor to the Daughters of the Nile Foundation.
