Marina Ann Baumann, born January 5, 1967, in California, passed away in the comfort of her home surrounded by family on March 10, 2026, at the age of 59. Marina left behind a lifetime of love, memories, and people who adored her.
Marina was a devoted mother, daughter, and grandmother. She is survived by her two children, Heather Ramirez and Aaron Guillet, who were the center of her world and who she was incredibly proud of. Nothing brought her more happiness than spending time with her two beautiful grandchildren, who filled her heart with so much joy.
She was also a cherished daughter to her parents, Carol and Wayne Baumann, and a loving sister to Michael Baumann, sharing with them a bond that meant so much throughout her life.
Marina spent many years working alongside coworkers who became so much more than colleagues—they became family. She loved them dearly and treasured those friendships. Throughout everything, their incredible support, kindness, and love meant the world to her.
Anyone who knew Marina knew how special she was. People often said she could light up a room with her smile. She had a warmth about her that made everyone feel welcome, and she had a natural way of caring for others that left a lasting impression. She was the kind of person who made friends easily and treated everyone she met with kindness and compassion.
Marina loved the simple joys in life. She had a passion for baking with fresh milled flour and loved sharing what she made with family and friends. She also enjoyed camping and spending time outdoors, where she found peace and happiness.
Marina’s passing leaves an incredible emptiness, but the love she gave so freely and the kindness she showed to everyone will never be forgotten. Her smile, her warmth, and the way she cared for others will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
A funeral service to honor Marina’s life will be held on March 28 at 11:00 a.m. at McAulay & Wallace, 902 N Harbor Blvd, Fullerton. Family and friends are invited to come celebrate her life and the many ways she touched those around her.
Though she is gone, her love and the memories she gave us will stay with us always.
