Shirley Lynn Soderquist, 78, of Fullerton, California, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016. Born July 6, 1937 in Greenville, California, she was the daughter of George and Mildred Standart. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Norman Soderquist; one daughter, Kelly Collier her husband Robert Collier; and her four grandchildren Kristin, Lauren, Blakely, and Sholeh. Shirley was a long time resident of Fullerton. She worked as an Elementary school teacher in California for more than ten years. She continued her passion of caring for children and others by volunteering with various organizations including the Children’s Home Society where she volunteered for over 20 years. Memorial services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 30, 2016 at McAulay & Wallace Mortuary Chapel, 902 North Harbor Blvd. Fullerton, Ca.
