Beverly Jeanne Rector was born August 14, 1958 in Washington, DC. She was the beloved daughter of the late Lois M. Rector and Joseph B. Rector. Beverly grew up in Northwest, Washington, DC and attended St. Ann grade school and Immaculata Preparatory School for high school. She went on to attend The Washington School for Secretaries, which led to an almost forty year career as a legal secretary at a number of Washington law firms. Beverly enjoyed reading and travelling, especially to Las Vegas.
Beverly was beloved by her family and is survived by family members Mary Ellen Tarquinio, Michael Tarquinio, Meaghan Tarquinio, Andrew Tarquinio, Emma Tarquinio, Joan Thayer, Richard Thayer, Sean Thayer and Ryan Thayer.
Beverly passed away at home, in Chevy Chase MD, on May 18, 2021. She will be missed by those who loved her.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children or to Susan G. Komen Foundation.
A celebration of life will be held on August 14, 2021 at 10:00AM at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 4001 Yuma St NW, Washington, DC 20016
