Cyriac Manjankal John

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cyriac Manjankal John, a cherished soul who touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him. He departed this world on January 26, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and warmth.

Cyriac Manjankal John was born on December 1- 1953, in Kerala, India. He had lived there until 30 years of age after migrating to the United States during 1980’s. He had been working in Gaithersburg, Maryland ever since. Cyriac Manjankal John had a special way of making those around him feel valued and loved, creating an atmosphere of warmth that will forever be missed.

Cyriac Manjankal John is survived by his devoted wife Ancy and their children Sherina and Shobin, who will continue to carry forward the spirit of his love and kindness. The memories we shared with him will forever be etched in our hearts, serving as a reminder of the incredible person he was.

As we gather to bid farewell to Cyriac Manjankal John, let us celebrate a life well-lived and the profound impact he had on each of us. May we find solace in the memories we shared and the love that will endure in our hearts for generations to come.

A memorial service will be held on January 31 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Syro-Malabar Church at 9:00 AM. All who were touched by Cyriac John’s life are welcome to join in remembrance and support.
