David Sherman Bushnell, 89, of Potomac, MD, passed away on December 29, 2016. Loving husband of 35 years to Susan Marcus Bushnell; devoted father to Beckie Krantz, Kim LaDierre, Poppy Bushnell, and Douglas Bushnell; cherished stepfather to Bonnie Olachea, Leslie Diekmann, Amy Marcus, Lenny Marcus, and Michael Marcus; beloved brother of his twin Don Bushnell and sister Betsy Rodin; also survived by 16 grandchildren. Memorial service to be held Sunday, January 1, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Kindley Building at Asbury Methodist Village, 333 Russell Ave., Gaithersburg, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
