David T. Harris-Felix

David was born on April 1st 1969 to Harry Harris and Juana Felix at Walter Reed Military Hospital, Washington DC. He is survived by his parents; brother, Daniel; sisters Michelle and Adrienne. He also has two nieces, Kaliyah and Lily, and two nephews, Steve and Talon.

David was characterized by a tremendous love for his family, and joyfulness toward life. He enjoyed spending time with his church community, where he served for the past 9 years. He also proudly served in the US Navy. David was fond of learning and growing in his faith. He was proficient in several languages, which he enjoyed sharing with his friends.

David was a blessing to his family and all who knew him. He will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will take place at DeVol Funeral Home (10 East Deer Park Drive in Gaithersburg, MD 20877). Viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 15th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Service will be held on Thursday, August 16th at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Crownsville Military Cemetery, Crownsville MD at 1:45 p.m.
