Dennis and Mary have long been cherished friends of ours. Although we have lived far apart for many years now, they have often been in our thoughts. We share in the loss of Dennis, as he was a true friend who is deeply missed and will not be forgotten. Our Prayers go out to Mary and her family.

Dennis was one of the kindest and most generous men I knew. As a new manufacturer's representative calling on Marriott, Dennis met with me for over an hour providing me tips and advice on how to best work with Marriott HQ. That is practically unheard of in this business and the fact that he took the time to do this with someone he had just met, meant the world to me and put Dennis permanently in a special place in my heart. I know I am just one story of the kindness that Dennis has shown and I hope that his legacy will leave a smile on your heart. I pray for comfort and healing hearts to you and your family.

Hello I have met many fond memories of Dennis all the way from NAU to our golfing trip to Scotland. One of my best friends is gone & I am very sad. Truly one of the nicest guys I have ever met. My prayers are with the family.

I knew Dennis for three years I hounded him for 8 years to let me sell equipment to Host. When we met he finally reluctantly allowed us. He said I was right he should of let us along time. I met with him in Columbus last year again and had lunch. Said he was retiring and looked forward to hanging out with his grand kids. I learned of this today and mine and my companies hearts broke. He was a great man ! A soft spoken giant to us who never raised his voice but we knew his expectations and did not want to disappoint. To his family who I don't know he was extremely excited about spending his time with you. I know his son I believe was in Avon right by us and we never could connect when he was in town but we are destroyed of the news and our hearts go out to you for what a great man he was.

I am overwhelmed with emotion upon hearing this. Dennis was my boss when I first started at Marriott in 2006. With his wealth of information, I learned so much from him. He took me under his wing and made me feel welcomed. I am so sorry for your loss and my sincere prayers and thoughts are with your family at this time.

For the first time in my life I am at a loss for words. Nothing that can be written or spoken will ever be enough to comfort all of you in this great loss. I was honored to have known Dennis and shared in a small piece of his life and laughter. Many found memories of him float in and out of my mind everyday.
