Digna Dacasin Domingo

Sweet wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, cousin, aunt and friend to all. Born August 11, 1935, in the Philippines, earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting, and married to Fernando Domingo in 1960. She became a US naturalized citizen, and raised her family in Michigan where she worked at Motown Records, meeting Michael Jackson as a boy and Diana Ross, then later on at Metro-West Hospital, where she met some of her dearest friends, and finally at Fruehauf Trucking where she worked with her husband.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Fernando, and her beloved daughter, Elena (Charles) Koontz.

She is survived by Her children: Leilani (Danilo) Tagle, Linda (Brian) Bungard, and Fernando Domingo Jr.,

Her Grandchildren: Brittany (Joshua) Valensky, Liam Tagle, Danny (Brianna) Tagle, Lorena Tagle, John Martian, Salina Martian, Maggie Bungard, Adam Ebinger, Savannah Koontz, Rachael Koontz, Emma Koontz, and Liberty Koontz,

Her Great Grandchildren: Thomas Martian, Kaiden Valensky, and Baby Valensky (due soon)

Digna was a kind and fun-loving woman who dearly loved her family and friends. She loved to travel and go on adventures. Where she was, there was laughter, love, and generosity. She truly loved the Lord Jesus and trusted in Him.

Now she sees Jesus face-to-face and joins her husband and daughter in heaven with Him.

Due to the COVID - 19 restrictions the family would like to invite friends to a zoom service to be held on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 3 pm
