On November 22, 2024, Frances Rose Tereschenko Dabbs of Montgomery Village MD peacefully passed away at home. She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Carl, her son, Daniel, daughter Christine and grandson Joseph. Frances is survived by her children, Carl Jr., Terri Anne, and David; 3 granddaughters, and 3 great grandsons.
