Jean Knox Chiswell

On Tuesday February 19, 2019 Jean Knox Chiswell of Montgomery Village, MD. Wife of 41 years to the late Maurice Waters Chiswell; loving mother of Patricia Chiswell von Fremd, Stuart Randolph Chiswell and Linda Chiswell Coates; grandmother of Jessica Brooke von Fremd, Kimberly Jean von Fremd, Robert Chiswell Coates, Michael Kevin Moulton, David Wayne Moulton and Curtis Waters Chiswell; great grandmother of Teagan Patrick Moulton, Presley Harper Moulton and Cameron Joseph Coates.

        Jean was born on November 5, 1928 in Washington, DC to the late Mabel D. and Stuart R. Knox. She graduated from McKinley Tech High School and the University of Maryland where she was president of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.

        Friends may call at Grace United Methodist Church, 119 North Frederick Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 on Saturday February 23, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM where service will be held at 12:00 PM. Interment: Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville, MD.

 In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jean's name to Grace United Methodist Church.
