On July 31, 2019 of Gaithersburg, MD. Son of the late Clarence and Margaret Ruffner. Brother of Lee Rye, Gary Ruffner, Guy Ruffner, Marie Bowling, Jenny Perry, and John Ruffner and the Late Bobby Ruffner. Also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be held on Friday, August 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 East Deer Park Drive, Gaithersburg, MD.
