Nancy Louise Coleman, 79, a resident of Wilson Health Care Center, Gaithersburg, MD, died on December 31, 2024. A native of Auburn, Massachusetts, her career began as an educator in her hometown and continued in Montgomery County, MD where she served in multiple capacities before retiring in 2007. Admired for her intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm, and creativity, Nancy’s gifts and infectious passion for teaching and learning endeared her to countless students, parents, and colleagues. She loved all things New England, dogs, travel, nature, the arts, Democratic Party politics, her independence and Protestant faith, a good laugh, and people. Interment pending in MA.
A gathering in MD to honor Nancy will be announced in the Spring of 2025.
