        On Monday November 16, 2015, Thomas Vernon Talbert of Derwood, MD. Beloved husband of the late Joyce Eileen Talbert; loving father of Joni Lynn O'Connor (John) and the late John T. Talbert (Katherine). Also survived by his five grandchildren, Christopher Ellis (Michelle), Michelle Cool (Dave), Matthew Ellis, Jacqueline Talbert and Madeleine Talbert and his three great grandchildren, Anthony Ellis, Harper Cool and Hudson Cool.

A Graveside Service and Interment will be held at Funkstown Cemetery, 23 East Cemetery Street, Funkstown, MD 21740 on Friday November 20, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
