Of Germantown, MD, passed away on June 10, 2018. Born in Central City, KY, to the late Theodore and Lula Miller. William was a decorated Army veteran of WWII, 36th Division, and received the Bronze Star and French Quoix de Geurre.
Loving husband of the late H. Phyllis; father of Michael T. (dec.), Marc T., William W., and Dia; grandfather of Derek and Heather; great-grandfather of Matthew and Zachary; great-great-grandfather of Zoë.
Services to be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
