Cathy was born in Brooklyn, New York and had live in the Savannah area since 1977. She was a Homemaker, a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, and loved music, flowers and fried chicken.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Catherine “Cat” Fuzie; and 2 brothers, Robert and Tom Lowery.
Survivors include her husband, Robert “Bob” Fuzie; daughter, Angelina Fuzie; grandchildren, Victoria and Vincent “Vinnie” Fuzie; sisters, Bunny Dotson, Debbie Overman; brothers, Tony, Jimmy, Billy and Joe Lowery; several nieces, nephews, other family and her beloved dog, Chico.
Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Diabetes Association.
A service to celebrate Cathy’s life will be held Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Fairhaven Funeral Home – Garden City Chapel.
