We got to know Ms. Christine from being at the nursing home with our mother, Faye Waters. Her room is next to Ms. Christine's. She was such a delight and an inspriration to us. We saw the doll clothes she so lovingly  made. We saw how she loved & enjoyed the musical programs. I even "danced" with her at one of those programs; she was in her wheel chair and I was standing, and she never forgot it! She loved vanilla milshakes from Dairy Queen, too! We feel priveledged to have known her and will miss her so very much. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. She is an angel in God's care now. I enjoyed singing with Mrs. Adams and the rest of our "glee club" on my Thursday visits to the BCHRC. Sometimes we would talk about our experiences as Girl Scout leaders, or I'd watch as she helped teach someone  how to crochet. Knowing her in this  small way has been a great blessing for me. I know you must miss her very much.

We are so sorry to hear about the passing of "Mrs. Nickie". We knew her when my grandmother was in Bryan Co. Rehab as her roommate last year. She was such a sweet lady and will be missed. May God bless each of you and may He be with you at this sad time.
