with holidays here and christmas just around the corner, it makes me sad to think of the loved ones that has passed. we love and miss u all. uncle c have a merry christmas. ur job here on earth may b done,  but ur work in heaven has just begun.

I only got to know Mr. Curtis a short time. My mom and him are cousins but everytime I saw him he had a smile on his face and that made my day better. Betty & family, Jean & I want to tell you how sorry we are to hear of Cutis passing. I will always be grateful to Curtis for helping me get my first dump truck driver job. He played a large part in my 16 year career in dump trucks. Jean remembers that he always had a hug and kiss for her whenever she saw him. take peace in the fact that he is in a much better place and no longer suffering.

I am so sorry to hear about Curtis, my Thoughts and Prayers are with all of you.

For a short time while we were neighbors,Curtis and Betty looked out for me and my kids.He became a surrogate father to me and I loved him so much for that.I missed him this last april at the SUFAD parade and I will miss him at  future ones.His family is in our prayers because we know there hearts are broken for losing such a special man..luv u Curtis...Alicia Batterton(guyton)

We prayed a lot for Curtis these last few months, Our condolences to the family especially daughter Ilaree who will miss her father greatly, and our brother- his son Curtis, Jr., Uncle Johnnie, Aunt Linda and families. Aunt Ruby and families and Mary and Family.

The first time I met Curtis was 1968 In Prentiss, MS when he drove a truck for North Brothers to take to my dad for his job in Montecello. I was 10 and recall him saying on the way to take him to the airport he had just married into a ready made family. Who knew that I would meet him again and marry one of those children from the ready made family just 8 years later, and even remember this mans name, or the conversation. We have prayed much for Curtis during the 35 years Paul and I have been married. Our hope is that he is with Jesus now.
We pray blessings of comfort, love, and peace for all of the families.
