Eric served in the US Army and was employed with the Department of Corrections for 27 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Dee Maxwell of Glennville; aunt, Yvonne Brown of Savannah; cousin, Carolyn Moses of Teaneck, NJ; companion, Deborah Lanes of Savannah and best friends, Orien Brown and Bobby Young.
A graveside service will be held Monday, December 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Beaufort National Cemetery in Beaufort South Carolina.
