Flemon Edgar (Ed) Griffin Jr.

He was born in Ware County, Georgia and lived in Savannah since 1973. He was the owner of Stand ‘n Snack restaurants and dedicated his life after being a business owner to various prison ministries around the area. He was a member of Radiant Life Christian Fellowship.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Chizuko Griffin.

He is survived by his daughter, Kathleen Wood, of Savannah; two grandchildren, Caleb Drobny and Nad’a Drobny; one brother, Tom Griffin of Jacksonville, FL; one sister, Ann Crawford of Jacksonville, FL; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 11 am to 12 noon Monday at Fairhaven Funeral Home in Garden City.

Funeral Service: 12 noon Monday in the chapel at Fairhaven Funeral Home in Garden City.

Interment: Daniel Siding Cemetery on Hwy 17 South
