James E. Bowen

Jamie was a Baptist, a Painter and loved Fishing, NASCAR and Football. He was a Merchant Marine.

Jamie was preceded in death by his parents, Cloyd L. and Norma G. Bowen; sisters, Norma Booth and Janice Mosley.

Survivors: wife, Barbara J. Bowen; daughter, Amie Hubbard; stepson, Chuck Barratta; grandsons, JayJay and Jamie; siblings, Kathy (Bobby) Griffin, April Harkins, Cloyd (Janette) Bowen, WG (Maria) Bowen, Margaret (John) Hale, Wilma Weaver, Charles Bowen, John Bowen, Richard (Mary) Bowen, brother-in-law, Tommy Booth; several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends .

Visitation: 6:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February, 10, 2015 at the Funeral Home.

Funeral Service: 12:00 p.m. noon Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Green Hill Baptist Church in Sylvania, GA.

Burial: Green Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
