Louie L. Cox

He was born March 6, 1941 in Wheeler County and was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Jerelene Cox

He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Billie Cox; son, Denny Cox; daughter, Debra Miller and her husband Jimmy; step children, Judy Stewart, Jill and Langdon Cooper, Johna and Bruce White, Brandon LeGrand and Ryan of the home; brother, Edsel and Gwen Cox; sister, LaWana McCrew of Melbourn, FL. He is also survived by several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 16, 2014 from 11:00 until 12:00 p.m. at Fairhaven Funeral Home in Garden City with funeral services to follow at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel.

Burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery on Dean Forest Road.

Remembrances may be made to Port Wentworth United Methodist Church, 210 Turnberry St., Pt. Wentworth, GA 31407.
