Rosemary "Cricket" "Rosie" Valenzuela

Rosemary was born August 24th, 1952 in Lowell, Massachusetts to Lupe Jose Valenzuela and Mary Virginia Gordon Valenzuela, who both preceded her in death.

Survivors include one daughter, Crystal Adams Allen, Chatham County; and one son, W. Allen Adams III and his wife Lynn, Savannah; One Brother Dennis Valenzuela, Sacramento; one Sister Barbara Valenzuela, Georgia; five grandchildren Arielle Adams, Breanna Adams, Cecilia Adams, Dustin Allen and Darrin Allen; two nephews Marvin Sterling, Michael Valenzuela and his wife Susann and one niece Misty Steedley and her husband Donnie. She is also survived by two former spouses; William “Billy” Adams and Randy Williams.

Rosemary was preceded her in death by her brother Robert Michael Valenzuela.

Rosemary is well known for her love and generosity. Her kindness stretched from her grandchildren whom she adored and poured love into their lives in every way possible, to the stranger that needed a warm meal and a patient listener. She would often tend to others needs, sacrificing her own wellbeing and volunteering her time; her care for others will be her legacy as she has touched so many lives through her kind ways.

A brief memorial service is to be held in her honor on Saturday December 27th at the Fairhaven Funeral Home at 2794 U.S. 80, Garden City, GA 31408 from 1:00 – 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers, monetary gifts are appreciated.

At Rosemary’s wishes she has been cremated and her ashes will be spread at sea.
