I just heard of Terre's passing and am so so sorry.  I met Terre and Tom at Low Country Cancer Care and was so fond of both of them.  My prayers and condolences to the family.

I was just thinking of YOU tonight Terre. We so love you and your family.  Such a great example of faith and love. We miss you and all of our nonsense together. Year long card games, the guys fishing during the week at Lake Saint Clair for the weekly Friday Fish-A-Ques, camping and Donna's campfires (bonfires), tubing down rivers, Boblo Island, kids birthday parties, watching your cheeks turn red with a sip,of wine, the love you and Tommy had for each other. 

I know you are enjoying being in the presence of OUR Lord and Savior Jesus and lol to the day we can all be together again.  No worrispes, we will take care of Tommy and the girls.

To My Dearest friend Tommy and girls!  I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Terre was a very close friend of mine and she was a beautiful woman inside and out. I am very sorry to hear such a great loss. I was a friend of Terre from Tift. She was a co-sisiter. I had just come from Japan to study. Terre helped me so much. She was such a kind, sweet, gentle person. I could not make it through school without her. I still can believe this sad news. I am praying for you and your family that God be with you with this difficult time.

Tommy and Girls and Edie and Tom, I'm so incredibly blessed to have known Terre, to be on the receiving end of her kindness and blessed by her humor.  No words can help you feel any better because she left such an empty space, but know that she was a blessing to whomever she touched.  God bless you all.

So very sorry to hear of your loss. Terre and I FB messaged occasionally and I was always so impressed with her high spirits, her faith and her love for life. It is peaceful to know she is not in pain and you will be reunited one day. I will always remember her sweet giggly laugh. She was a wonderful beautiful woman with a huge heart. Terre was a blessing to everyone she crossed paths with on this earth.  While we mourn that we won't see her in this life again, we can rejoice that she now resides in her mansion in heaven.  Terre truly made the most of the dash in 1965 - 2015 for everyone she knew and for herself.

What a wonderful person and friend.   I loved working with her when we were at Wachovia for all those years.  My thoughts and prayers are with all of her family and friends as she will be missed by so many.

Tommy, the love that Terre had for you was awesome.  I remember times in home group when you and Terre looked at each other all I saw was amazing love.  God used Terre to show us how deep and rich His love is.  Terre left an amazing legacy.  She will be missed but her love will remain forever.

There is a mountain of memories far too many to count of good times and laughter. One can't begin to summarize a life especially as large of one as Terre lived. If I had to chose one word that word would be love. Terre was filled with unconditional love with a heart as big as the world in which we live. Her smile was as bright as the sun and it could warm the toughest of souls. Terre is in Gods arms, she was an amazing wife, mother,cousin and friend. She had a strength that put so many to shame. I am so grateful to have Terre in our family. I have always looked up to her for the way she lived her life. As a mother to three beautiful, intelligent, strong young ladies. As a wife to my wonderful cousin, Tommy. As a daughter to my Aunt Edie and Uncle Tom. As a Christian. Terre is giggling with Carol and dancing with Grandma Margarita in heaven, and there is no more pain. My heart breaks for my family and I will be praying with them, and crying with them all as these next few oh-so hard days come and go. Rest at the feet Jesus till we all join you in heaven! Terre's heart for others was very inspiring. When my mother passed away in July  of 2014, Terre and Tommy brought food to us as part of the "Take Them A Meal" plan at our church. I was so filled with awe at the fact that despite what she was going through, she still cared enough about me to do that for my family. It truly inspired me to reach out more to help others as she did. Terre's love and compassion inspired everyone who knew her. I was blessed to be among those who loved her.
