Joseph Hung Pham passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014 Garden Grove, CA at the age of 87. Joseph will be forever loved and deeply missed by his wife, son, daughter, and grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21, 2014 from 3-8 p.m. at Dimond & Shannon Mortuary. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 9 a.m. at St. Barbara Church in Santa Ana, CA.
