Kevin Coon

Kevin Peter Coon, 19, of Garden Grove, CA was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 27th, 2013.

He was born in N. Richland Hills, TX, the second child to Mike and Gina Coon, on December 30, 1993.

Kevin was an active member of his church. He loved backpacking with his dad and brothers, playing video games, and hanging out with friends of all ages. Passionate about history and current events, he was always ready to share his thoughts and opinions. His greatest wish was that he could have done something to make the world a better place. Kevin will remain forever in the hearts of the many people whose lives he touched.

Kevin leaves behind his parents, brothers and sisters – Nolan, Nick, Marie, and Megan; grandparents – Fred and Kay Coon, and Jeanne Dandridge; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends. Preceded in death by his grandpa, Steve Dandridge.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 4th at 10:00am at the First Advent Christian Church in Tustin, followed by a reception at the church. For those who desire, internment at Rose Hills Memorial Park will be held at 2:00 p.m.
