Virgilio Godoy

A branch has fallen from our family tree. We keep hearing a voice that tells us all “Grieve not for me, I know that it is hard but I ask you not to grieve for me, for I am in a better place with my loving Father in Heaven”. Remember the best times we had together, the laughs and the smiles, the beautiful life I lived while I was strong and healthy.

I know it's hard to smile now but I ask you to keep smiling, as the sun will shine through. I am at ease, my soul is at rest.

Virgilio Godoy, passed away on 09/11/2023 at 3:29 a.m. after a cancer battle. He was a loving father to Rosemarie Hamilton and Son-in-law to James Hamilton. He was also an amazing Grandfather to his Granddaughters Claudia Campos and Xochilt Robertson and Grandson Danovish Molina. He also was the best great-grandfather to his great-grandkids. Grandpa loved making things and planting his own garden. He enjoyed the outdoors and playing cards with his granddaughter's husband Hector Campos. Grandpa was a hardworking man in his younger years as a construction worker, he will be remembered for his love for his family, for being so caring and giving towards others, and for his love for God.
