George Ernest Moore

George Ernest Moore, age 65, entered into rest on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at Odd Fellow & Rebekah Health Care Center under Hospice Care. Born September 12, 1950 in Buffalo, George is the son of the late: Charles and Joan (Quaintance) Moore.

George worked at Scal-Koll Collision in Lockport as a car painter, retiring in 2009. He married Theola Mae Sherman September 26, 1974. Theola died in June of 2004. He had lived in Lockport for the past 30 years. He was loved by his family and will be greatly missed.

Surviving are his children: Christopher (Sue) Moore of Gasport, Lisa Talarico of Niagara Falls, Nicole Talarico and Steve (Amy) Talarico both of Phoenix, AZ; Siblings: Charles (Michelle) Moore, Richard Moore, Kathy Wright, and Becky Weaver. George was predeceased by a sister: Barbara Anderson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Sherrie-Bream Funeral Home, 4521 Main Street, Gasport, on Wednesday evening from 7-9 pm. Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
