Celia Dianne Mincey of Blacksburg, SC passed away on May 1, 2026. Celia was born on August 7, 1946 in Cramerton, NC into a large and loving extended family. She graduated from Cramerton High School in 1964.
As a child Celia was surrounded by cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents in addition to her parents JL and Faye and sister Susan. Celia loved her time at Lake Wylie and Myrtle Beach with all her family.
Celia is survived by her sister Susan Mincey of Blacksburg, SC. She is predeceased by her parents JL and Faye E. Mincey and son Ray Morris Fox Jr.
A private celebration of life gathering will be held in June.
