As time goes by it doesn't get easier for me.  I still wake up every morning remembering hes gone. I guess some how i praying i could wake up and somehow he would be back laying right beside me. To say i miss him is an understatement.. He was my heart.. He is what kept me going. I dont know how I will make it without him here encouraging me, and telling me he loved me every day... What i want people to remember about Marty was how big his heart was.. Marty was not perfect.. Just as i am not perfect or no one else is.. But what was perfect was his heart.. I dont think there was anyone that needed help that he didnt lend a hand to help them if he could. I can no longer run to him when im scared, or when i have a problem for him to tell me what to do.. I cant cry anymore in his arms while he tells me its going to be ok, that God is in control. I dont have him to pray with me every night like he did... Now.. At 48 almost 49 for the first time I have to grow up.. I have to be strong for our boys.. I dont know how, but i will.. I will because i have to. I will because he is depending on me to carry on and finish what we started.. I will. Curtis Martin Pagoota because u deserve it.. Thankyou for all the wonderful years I took for granted.. I'm not even sure where to start.... Marty has done so much for so many (myself included) and never asked for a thing in return.  He spent his entire adult life unselfishly giving to others. You couldn't talk to him without hearing about the wonderful grandchildren he was so proud of and drew so much strength from.  Marty inspired many and we'll never be able to pay that back.  Thank you for being my big brother in every sense of the word.  No go enjoy the time you've looked so forward to with Mom, Dad, Cissy and others who have gone on before.  I look forward to seeing you again.  I love you, bro!

Thank you Marty for helping me in my time of need. I have so much respect and gratitude for you. Now it's your time to rest and leave the demons of this world behind. Your conquer your life and took it by the horns and made the best of any situation ... So go rest high on that mountain ...your troubles are over and you won your battle of life.  Congratulations on be a winner of this life we all are battling. Thank you Marty for helping me when I needed help you always were trying to help everyone. Trying to help them with a better life.  You were very couragous fighting battles that wasn't even yours. Fly high and soar Marty you deserve your peace.
