Harvey Joseph Wilson

Harvey is survived by his wife of 40 years, Cathey Wilson of Gastonia; daughters, DeAnn Wilson Weldon of Gastonia, Dayna Wilson-Burris of Gastonia; grandchildren, Ashley and J.D. Ferguson, Brittney and Courtney Wilson, Emma Weldon; great-grandchildren, Delilah and Noelle Ferguson and unborn baby, Carter Jones; brother, Robert Wilson, sisters, Nancy Willard and Patsy Stanley; special niece, Sandra Dasher and other nieces and nephews. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, February 16 at Berea Baptist Church, 2522 Hickory Grove Rd, Gastonia. Burial will follow at Gaston Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 pm, Saturday at Carothers Funeral Home, 312 W. 2nd Ave. Gastonia.
