A native of Horry County, SC, he was the son of the late Gordon and Dorothy Duncan.
He is survived by his daughters, Wendy Simmons and husband Scooter, Gidget Hudson and husband Tommy; brother, Jimmy Duncan and wife Dianne; sisters, Bonnie Alexander, Shirley Hilburn and husband Norman; 3 grandchildren; and special friend Terry.
A memorial service will be held at 4pm Sunday in the Colonial Chapel of Carothers Funeral Home in Gastonia with Rev. Jeff Taylor officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
