

Mandy was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life was centered on her family and the simple joys that brought her peace. She had a deep love for gardening and planting flowers, finding happiness in watching things grow and bloom. During the spring and summer months, she especially enjoyed sitting along the riverbank fishing, savoring the quiet beauty of nature. In later years, she also looked forward to playing bingo at the nursing home, where she enjoyed companionship and laughter.
She is survived by her devoted daughters: Debbie Cable; Pagie Rolland (John); and Angela R. Garland (Kenny).
She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Grover “Chris” Cable; James “Bo” Cable (Kim); Melonie Moody (Lee); Erica Reep (Matthew); and Ashley Masters.
Mandy was blessed with great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy: McKenzie, Aiden, and Owen Moody; Liam Mason; Abigail Cable; and Landon and Khendyl Briggs.
Services will be officiated by Rev. Harry Davis.
Mandy Morgan will be remembered for her gentle spirit, love of family, and appreciation for life’s quiet, meaningful moments. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
Visitation will be held on January 7, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Carothers Funeral Home at Gaston Memorial Park, located at 2205 Williamsburg Drive, Gastonia, NC 28054, US.
The funeral service will follow on the same day, January 7, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the same venue.
A committal service is scheduled for January 7, 2026, from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm at Long Creek Church, located on Long Creek Church Rd, Dallas, NC 28034, US.
