Mary Lee Sherrill Webb

She was a native of Gaston County, daughter of the late Herbert and Hattie Kimbrell Sherrill.

Mrs. Webb was owner of Webb Metals in Dallas and a member of the North Gaston Church of God.

She is survived by three sons, Darrell D. Webb of Dallas, Eddie L. Webb of Cherryville, Doug Stamey of Gastonia; two daughters, Sheila W. Davis and husband Nathan of Dallas, Nancy Ledford of Gastonia; a sister, Lillie S. Wilson of Georgia;four grandchildren, Tonya D. Laws and husband Brian, Denise D. Horne and husband Cory, Yancey Webb, David Blackburn and wife Maria and four great grandchildren.

Mrs. Webb was preceded in death by her parents, husband Arthur “Red” Webb Jr.; three brothers, James M. Sherrill, William M. Sherrill, Henry L. Sherrill; two sisters Pearl S. Hawkins and Rosie S. Lunsford.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at the North Gaston Church of God 1310 Cherryville Hwy. Dallas, NC 28034 with Rev. Ted Smith and Rev. Andy Nicholson officiating. Burial will follow at Gaston Memorial Park in Gastonia.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 PM Tuesday at the church.
