Nina Audine Gibson Moore

A lady who loved the Lord, her family and friends best describes Nina Audine Moore, 86 who went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 10, 2017. She was born March 21, 1931 in Towns County, GA to the late Jess and Beulah (Ledford) Gibson. Audine was formerly of Cramerton, NC. She loved to garden, bake and was an avid reader. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Audine is survived by her daughter, Elaine Smith of Belmont, NC; two grandchildren, Todd Smith and Gregory Carl Moore (Melissa); three great-grandchildren, Scott, Kendall and Trey Moore.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Moore, her son, Dennis Moore, two sisters and three brothers.

A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Carothers Funeral Home in Gastonia. Pastor Ray Pennell will preside. Interment will follow at Gaston Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
