She is survived by her son, Greg Freeman and wife Kathy Kightlinger Freeman, and grandchildren Ashley Boggs, Chelsea Marquez, Matthew Freeman, and Samantha Snow.
She was a full time homemaker, and active member of First United Methodist Church in Griffin, Georgia.
The family will receive friends at 1:00 PM followed by a service in her memory at First United Methodist on Monday, November 20th at 2:00 PM.
Ruby will be laid to rest beside her husband, Loyd, at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday November 22nd at Salisbury National Cemetery in Salisbury, NC.
The life she lived, the love she shared, and the spirit she blessed us with made the world a better place for us all. Though she will be missed, we are comforted by the certainty that she is in the presence of the Lord she dedicated her life to.
