Scott Douglas Howe, 57, of Mount Holly passed away on Monday December 14 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. Scott was born in Gastonia on February 3, 1963. Scott was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. He loved to take photographs, shoot skeet and play his guitar. He was also quite skilled in woodworking. Professionally, he worked in the technology sector as a computer programmer. He will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.
Scott is preceded in death by his father, Donald Clinton Howe.
Left to cherish their memories of Scott are his mother, Patsy (Nix) Howe and his sisters, Donna Thompson and her husband Jeff and Lane Rowland and her husband Mike. Missing their uncle are nieces, Stevie Lick, Christine Rudisill and her husband Dustin and Macy Rowland and nephew, David Lick. Scott leaves behind his great nephew Troy Lick.
The family plans a private memorial service at a later date.
