Alexandra (Xan) Marie Halliday (Koval), age 51, from Cedar Park, Texas. Passed away Saturday July 1st, 2017, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. She was born October 30, 1965 in San Diego, California to Francis Peter Koval and Anna Marie Koval (Jazikoff).
Xan attended Rocky Mountain High School in Colorado and was part of the graduating class of 1983. She traveled a lot in her younger years, as her father was in the United States Navy. She eventually made her way to Texas. Xan's favorite place to be was somewhere on a beach. She loved the ocean, animals and being with her friends and family, but there was nothing she loved more than her only child, Sidney.
Alexandra loved her daughter very much. She enjoyed nothing more than spending time with Sidney, whether it was simply going grocery shopping, or their yearly trip to the beach in Port Aransas, Texas.
Xan was a very loving, big hearted, free-spirited person. She tried to help anyone she could even when sometimes she couldn't even help herself. Xan will be remembered as the high-strung, loud, caring, giving, free minded beautiful soul that she was.
Alexandra is survived by her mother Anna Marie Koval (89) of Arizona, sister Karen "DiDi" Standard (64) of Arizona, sister Karla Galloway (67) of Idaho, niece Heather Messmore (Decker) (44) of Idaho, niece Jennifer Messmore (47) of California, great nieces Jazmine Bacon (27) and Justina Messmore (20) of Washington state, her daughter Sidney Foshay (19) and her newly expected granddaughter, and her last dog Natalie.
Arrangements by Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home, 2900 Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas 78628 (512)863-2564.
