Betsy Eileen Davidson

Betsy Eileen Davidson, 57, of Georgetown, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2014. Services will be private. Mrs. Davidson was born on August 17, 1957 in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. She was raised in Hauppauge, NY and graduated from Smithtown High School East in 1975. She earned her Associates Degree from Suffolk County Community College before relocating to Houston in 1979. She enjoyed a career as a Histology Technician for St. David's North Austin Medical Center, with previous employment at Memorial Hermann in Houston for nearly two decades. On May 17, 1980 she married Richard Davidson, with whom she shared the joys of life together for more than 34 years. She will be remembered as a loving, tough, hardworking and caring person with a contagious laugh and a passion for gardening, animals and the outdoors.
