On the afternoon of March 12, 2020 Helen A. Daniel passed away at Park Place Care Center in Georgetown, Texas after an extended illness while being attended by familiar staff members at the facility. Helen was 81 years old.
Helen was born in the town of Colville, Washington on June 16, 1938 to George Edward Fox Sr. and Dolores McManigle Fox. She grew up on a farm surrounded by 11 siblings.
She met her first husband Glen Dale Proctor at a USO dance in her hometown. There were 7 children born of this marriage. As a military wife, she traveled around the country following her husband from base to base. She lived on multiple bases throughout the United States as well as Canada and Germany. She also took an extensive 3 month trip up the West Coast to Alaska later in life. She loved being outdoors walking, playing golf or just bird watching.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents, multiple siblings, spouse Glen Dale Proctor, son Christopher E. Proctor and daughter Janet Lynn Proctor.
She is survived by siblings, Blanche Storer of Colville, Washington, Mike and Susan Fox of Kingman, Arizona and Dale and Sherry Fox of Colville, Washington. Her surviving children include Virginia Ann Valdez and Jesse Valdez, Roger Dale Proctor and Sally Proctor, Velda Jean O'Bier and Timothy O'Bier, David Neal Proctor and Cindy Proctor, Karen Burke Proctor, Rodney Alan Proctor and Trish Proctor.
She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandchild plus many nieces and nephews too numerous to mention individually.

The family will receive guests for a time of visitation from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown, in Texas. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 1:00 P.M. at Cook-Walden Memorial Hill Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Proctor, Cody Proctor, Eric Jacovus, Adam Valdez, Alister McNiff and Adrian Sanchez.
