Leland had lived in Lometa for the past 5 years. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of Union Sheet Metal Workers #67, for whom he worked for over 35 years until his retirement. Leland loved to buy and sell automobiles and shoot his guns.
Leland was married to Shirley Ann Perry Sullins and she preceded him in death on April 6, 1997. He was also preceded in death by his parents and 2 sons, Mitchell and Mark. He is survived by his son Michael Sullins and wife LyNett Freeman; daughter, Patricia Burdick; grandchildren, Dawn Marie Wolf, Kelly Burdick, Curtis Wolf, Jace Wolf, Marcus Sullins, Victor Wolf and Thomas Wayne Wolf.
A graveside service for Leland will be held Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 1:00 PM at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, 1117 E 7th Street, Georgetown, TX 78626.
