Linda Marie Andre

Linda Marie Andre was called home to Heaven on March 15, 2025. She was 70 years old. Linda was born on December 28, 1954, in Georgetown, Texas to Augustine Alvarado Sr. and Ninfa Herrera Alvarado Felt.

She was the third oldest of six children. She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her sister Angelina Maldonado.

Linda has three children: Jeremy James, Michael James, and Joshua Andre. She was a devoted mother and loved her three boys. Linda professed her life to Christ and loved sharing her faith with others. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother and friend.

Linda was educated in the field of nursing and retired from Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina in 2016. Her three sons and grandchildren were her world. Linda’s smile would light up the room as soon as she entered. She continually brought joy and will always be remembered.

Linda is survived by her sons, Jeremy James and wife, Xenia James, Michael James and wife, Brandy James, Joshua Andre and wife Mayra Andre.

Her grandchildren, Diego James - 25, Marco James- 21, Clayton Foster- 22, Jessie James- 15, Nehemiah Andre- 9, Nadia Andre- 9, Leo Gonzalez- 15, Jacob Gonzalez - 9, Aurora Gonzalez - 6.

Her siblings, Rosemary Alvarado, Dorothy Vega, Austine Alvarado Jr., and Erica Felt.

A viewing will be held Sunday, March 30, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a service at 1:00 PM, at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home, 2900 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX 78628.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:30 PM at the Owen House, 8 Chisholm Trail, Round Rock, Texas 78681.
