This was Copperas Cove prom night in 2002. I was new as a freshman in Georgetown and Samantha was such a warm and inviting individual. She was so kind to me and we became thick as thieves in no time. From surviving high school, prom night, broken hearts, carnivals, sleepovers, summer fun, and so much more. Many fond memories with her that will never be forgotten. 

I may not be able to hug you or laugh with you or see your beautiful smile, or hear your voice calling Mark an old man anymore,  But I will NEVER forget the love and support you gave to me and Mark when I went through my Breast 🎀 cancer.  You will never be forgotten my sweet friend.  You will always be on our hearts. ❤️ 

Sam was an amazing Woman and Mother and the best Sister in Law and Friend I will miss our talks. Sam please give my Son a hug from me. I'll see you when I get there

Oh Samantha Pelfrey I still can't believe this is the new normal. We are going to miss you so much. Mark was so happy when he talked to you about coming to visit us. Of course he wanted Paul to come too so they could go fishing. We will see you again someday. We love you. RIH ❤️

I met you in 2019 when you first began your career with Allergan. We clicked immediately and have always had this frienemy friendship at the office which was one of a kind. You helped me walk through recovery in my addiction before getting sober and after my return. We shared so much and vented everything to eachother. We saw eachother everyday even when nobody else was in office, YOU WERE THERE.! When I felt like nobody was listening, YOU WERE THERE! It was just last Thursday that I saw you at lunch and I was calling you “MANTHA” and laughing and you playfully yet sarcastically said “Quit calling me that” and that conversation ended with an “I love you”. I miss you so much and it hurts but I’m still waiting for you to visit me one last time! KEEP WATCHING OVER US! 

We have sooo many memories together Sam! I am going to miss our early morning chats. I’m going to miss you popping by unannounced hoping my door was open so you could come in and scare the crap out of me! I’m going to miss everything about you and having you as my bff! I love you so much!

My Aunt Sam was not only my aunt but she was one of my biggest supporters. She lit up the room ever time she walked into it and never failed to make others smile. After my birth, my performances, and my moving off to school, she was always there. “Good luck telling your mother” she would say every time I FaceTimed her with a new tattoo. She was perfect and loved by so many. I would do anything to give her one more hug. May she rest easy. I love you Samantha

My dear friend Sam, I was fortunate to meet you at work, and grateful that our friendship continued after our work time together.   I treasure the time we spent laughing, talking and sharing stories.   I admired your persistence of achieving your goals, all while having a tender heart to take time to care and support those around you; you always wanted to do the right thing.  I smile as I look back at the time we spent in Jasper together--we were a team! You were a tenacious friend, always checking in, and you will always be loved. I will miss you.  My deepest condolences to your beloved family. 

Ah, Pelfrey never in a million years would I imagine myself having to write this out. I remember the day I met you, you had this personality where you made anyone feel like they had known you their entire life.  Our friendship started at the office, but became much more. You were the one I could call in the middle of the night if I needed someone to listen. You were the one I could play hooky with and end up floating the river (which by the way is one of my favorite memories). You were the one where if I didn't have a lunch you would give me half of yours. You were the one that I could listen to Koe Wetzel with on repeat (partly to mess with Paul). Our friendship was so special in the way it didn't need a constant conversation, we could pick up right where we left off. I will miss you so much my friend and look forward to the day I get to see you again. I love you! 

Samantha befriended me so quickly. I can’t say I have had a lot of friends that I’ve felt 100% comfortable and myself around, but she was one of them. Always a good time when we were together. 

Sam, I've know you for a short time. I must say that with your passing it has really pulled at my heart strings. You were an amazing person with a wonderful personality and fun and kind spirit.  I will miss you terribly.  All the times you would sneak up on Steve to scare him and me finally knowing how to pretend I didn't see you coming when you would scare the "crap" outta him! I cry and I laugh literally out loud when I think of you!  I was so proud when you got your promotion here at work, it was so deserving, though I see God called you for a bigger promotion!
