Samantha was born on April 9, 1986 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She grew up there and later moved to Georgetown, TX, where she graduated high school in 2004. Sam was formerly employed with Trellis for eleven years as a default aversion counselor. In 2019, she was hired at Allergan in Austin, TX and became dedicated to her role as a customer experience trainer. She worked with integrity and showed her light-hearted humor with her coworkers, resulting in many close friendships.
While she enjoyed her career, Samantha’s heart beat for her family. Her son, Tyler, was the light and absolute joy of her life. She was a fiercely proud mama and enjoyed spending time outdoors with him. Sam was lucky enough to meet her soulmate, Paul and spent her last years laughing with him and their beloved dogs. Their mutual love of Texas country brought them to many concerts together.
Always the social butterfly, Samantha enjoyed being surrounded by those she loved. She was gifted with an exceptionally quick wit and had an easy way of reminding others not to take life too seriously. Those who knew her will miss her infectious laughter and her scrunched-nose grin. Surely, she is smiling down on us in her favorite hoodie and enjoying unlimited Mexican food in heaven.
Samantha will be lovingly remembered by: Son Tyler and his father, Jason Elkins, Georgetown TX. Soul-mate Paul Donaldson, Round Rock, TX and his son, Tyler, Tarkio, MO.
