Sherry Marie Crane

Sherry Marie (Terry) Crane, age 74 of Jarrell, Texas, passed away in Brookdale Nursing Home Sunday October 7, 2018. Sherry was born March 1, 1944 In Corpus Christi, Texas to Winborn Robert Terry and Mildred Marie (Teaque) Terry. She married Harry Byron Crane October 20, 1962. They had four children: Leaon, Patricia, Dorothy and Charity. After married almost 22 years she became a widow in 1984. Sherry worked at Wal-Mart in Georgetown as a cashier and also in the Fabric Department. Sherry enjoyed working and meeting people for 29 years while being employed at Wal-Mart. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.After being a widow for 34 years she is survived by her four children, six grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren: son, Leaon Crane and wife Elaine (Schwertner) Crane with three sons, Travis Crane and Darci Webb and their son Felix Price Crane, Stephen Crane and wife Mandy (Ashby) Crane and their daughter Ayla Danielle Crane, and Andrew Crane and wife Lori (Hernandez) Crane and their daughter Lilica (Lily) Crane and son Brant Lee Crane. Daughter, Patricia (Trish) Crane; daughter, Dorothy (Crane) Gibbs and husband Doug Gibbs with three sons Daniel Gibbs, David Gibbs and wife Jenny (Arah) Gibbs and their daughter Stella Mae Gibbs, Darryl Gibbs and his wife Amanda (Hope); daughter, Charity Crane.There will be a viewing Friday October 12, 2018, from 6 until 8 pm at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel and Crematory in Georgetown, Texas. A graveside service Saturday, October 13, 2018, 11:00 am, at the Marble Falls City Cemetery with Rev. Daniel Patrick presiding.The family would like to thank Brookdale Nursing Home and Asera Care for giving her comfort in her final hours.
