

Virginia Ann Kinsaul Myers, born in Manistique, MI on June 4, 1946 passed away at home on January 25, 2022. She had been affected by heart and kidney disease for many years and died of complications to both. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Gerald (Jerry) Myers jr in 1985. She is survived by her six children, Molly (Doug) Gilbert in Texas, Jade (Elisa) Myers from Washington, Dora (Jason) Moore in Tennessee, Jared (Kara) Myers in Washington, Emily Myers in Florida and Ben Myers in Texas. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition, siblings in Michigan include Donny (Dee) Rochefort, Mitch (Sue) Rochefort and Cindy Farley.
Virginia’s passion was her family. She spent most of her life as a homemaker. After becoming a widow at age thirty nine, she attended college and spent some time as a dental assistant and also working in corporate America. She was an avid reader and had interest in a wide variety of music. Mainly raised by her grandmother Doris Dora Lu Baker, she was taught a love of God and joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in 1971 and was an active member at the time of her death. Her particular enjoyments included midday napping and milk chocolate Sees Candy. She will be missed.
