Walburga “Wally” was born in Vorderberg, Germany on August 20th, 1933. She moved to the United States in 1956. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Lt. Col. Allan T. Warnes (Army), a sister, Marianne Klimm Thompson, and brother Josef “Seppi” Klimm.
Wally and Allan were married in Lodi, Ohio on December 29th, 1956. They loved to travel and went on many adventures throughout their sixty five years of marriage. Wally loved her family, nature, outdoor activities like fishing and hiking, and had a special love for birds (especially owls).
There will be a private service at a future date.
