Charles K. (Pete) Brogden, 78, a resident of Georgiana, Al passed away on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015. A Celebration of Life Service will be 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, 2015 from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Charles (Wilke) Smith and Rev. Larry Gaston officiating. Burial will follow in Industry Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana, Al directing arrangements. Mr. Brogden was preceded in death by his Wife, Eloise Brogden, Grand Daughter, Candace Pearl Brogden, Grand Son, Corey Allen Brogden, Parents, James Forrest and Zerlene Brogden, Brother, James Leon Brogden, Sister, Carolyn Brogden. Survivors include: Daughters: Rebecca (Becky) Chamberlain and Barbara (Foy) Gunter, both of Georgiana, Al; Sons: Charles (Faye) Brogden, McKenzie, Al, Kent (Dorothy) Brogden, Red Level, Al, James "Bo" (Kathy) Brogden, Larry (Dusty) Brogden, and Robbie (Hannah) Brogden, all of Georgiana, Al; Sister: Dorothy Bass, Georgiana, Al; Brothers: Willie Marvin Brogden, Georgiana, Al and Chester R. Brogden, McKenzie, Al; Grand Children: Rachel (Casey) Odom, Jared (Heather) Brogden, Jonathan (Amanda) Brogden, Amy Chamberlain, Brandi (Greg) Waites, Rian (Mark) Chatman, Lee Anthony, Shaun (Shandell) Foy, Sierra (Patrick) Davis, Amaya Brogden, and Berkley Ann Brogden. A number of Nieces, Nephews, extended family, and cherished friends. Pallbearers will be Jared Brogden, Jonathan Brogden, Lee Anthony, Larry Brogden, Jr, Shaun Foy, and Jimmy Spivey.
