Graveside service for Mr. Richard Oliver Parmer, 71, of Citronelle, will be held at 2pm on Thursday, December 16th, 2021 at Magnolia Cemetery - Greenville, AL with Bro. Larry Gaston officiating. Mr. Parmer passed away Monday in Mobile.
He is survived by his siblings Edith Brand (Jerry), Harold Parmer, Elizabeth Kauffman (John), and Robert Parmer (Sandy); and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Winston Oliver Parmer and Mattie Lois Parmer; sister-in-Law Mollie Ann Parmer.
Pallbearers will be friends and family.
